- Quote a price over the phone that changes when we arrive
- Use an expiring discount to pressure a same day decision
- Start work without a written scope you have agreed
- Carry out additional work and present the cost afterward
- Leave a job without walking it with you
What we need from you
Very little, and it helps a great deal.
- A clear description of what the wall or ceiling is doing
- Access to the property for the estimate visit
- Anything you will ever mount on the walls, so blocking goes in before board
- Any deadline that genuinely matters, told to us early rather than late
