Partners
Partner Programs
We run two partner programs: a preferred vendor arrangement for property managers and multifamily operators, and a subcontracting relationship for general contractors. Both are built on predictable scheduling and documented standards rather than on discounting.

Recurring volume lets us schedule efficiently, and that efficiency is worth passing on. These programs exist because predictable work genuinely costs less to deliver, not as a discount for its own sake.
The other half of both programs is consistency. A documented texture standard across a portfolio, or rated assemblies built to listing with as built documentation at closeout, are what remove the recurring friction from a working relationship.

Programs
Two arrangements, built around what each type of partner actually needs.
Preferred Vendor Program
Our preferred vendor program gives property managers and multifamily operators priority scheduling, a documented property wide texture standard so every repair matches, and pricing that reflects recurring volume.
General Contractor Partnership
We work as a drywall subcontractor for Orange County general contractors on three commitments: we hold our dates or give early notice, we build rated and acoustic assemblies to their listed details, and we complete punch without being chased.
