Reviews and Reputation

We ask every client for a review after the work is complete and they have seen the result, never before and never in exchange for anything. We do not publish testimonials we cannot attribute to a real client.

Most contractors in this trade compete on review volume, and a meaningful share of that volume is generated by asking at the point of booking or by incentivising it. Both produce numbers that do not mean much.

We ask after the walkthrough, once you have seen the finished work. That produces reviews more slowly and it produces reviews that are worth reading. It also means a low rating tells us something real rather than telling us our incentive was too small.

Until we have genuine reviews, this page describes how we work rather than showing quotes that could have been written by anyone.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why does this page have no reviews on it?
Because we have not collected any yet, and publishing testimonials we cannot attribute to real clients would be dishonest. Fabricated reviews in structured data are also an FTC issue and a search engine penalty risk. When we have real reviews, they will appear here with real attribution.
How can I judge you without reviews?
Ask for things that can be verified. Ask what finish level we are quoting and why. Ask how we plan to contain dust in your specific space. Ask what happens if something is not right at the walkthrough. The answers tell you considerably more than a page of quotes would.
Can I speak to a previous client?
Ask us. For larger projects we can often arrange a reference. Call (949) 446-1300 and tell us what kind of project you are planning so we can point you at something comparable.
