Pricing guidance
Cost information on this site describes the factors that drive drywall pricing. It is not a quotation and it is not a price list.
Actual pricing requires an on site assessment, because the variables that determine it, including the true extent of damage, existing texture, wall thickness, and access, cannot be assessed remotely.
Timeline estimates
Durations described on this site are typical ranges including compound drying time. Actual durations vary with humidity, scope changes discovered once walls are opened, and coordination with other trades.
Where a date genuinely matters to you, tell us at the estimate stage and we will tell you honestly whether it is achievable.
Performance claims
Acoustic, fire, moisture, and impact performance always depends on the complete assembly rather than on any single product. A board with a published rating installed in a different assembly than the one tested does not carry that rating.
STC figures and fire ratings referenced on this site are illustrative of how assemblies compare. Real world performance depends heavily on installation quality and on flanking paths, and we will discuss realistic expectations rather than quoting a number and letting you assume it.
Why some sections of this site are empty
Testimonials, team profiles, case studies, and statistics sections currently show an empty state rather than content.
That is deliberate. Publishing fabricated testimonials or unsubstantiated statistics would be dishonest, and emitting review or rating structured data without real reviews behind it is both an FTC issue and a search engine penalty risk. Those sections will populate when real, attributable content exists.
Licensing claims
This website does not display a contractor licence number. We would rather you verify current licence status directly through the California Contractors State License Board lookup than take a number from a web page, since a published number tells you nothing about whether the licence is currently active.
