When we answer
Our office hours are Mon to Fri, 8:00am to 4:00pm. During those hours you will usually reach a person rather than a menu.
Messages left outside those hours get a response on the next business day. Urgent water damage is prioritised.
What to have ready
A few details make the first conversation considerably more useful and get you a more accurate answer sooner.
- What the wall or ceiling is actually doing: crack, hole, stain, sag, or new work
- Roughly how large the affected area is
- Whether the surface has texture, and if you know it, what kind
- Which city the property is in
- Whether the space is occupied and whether there is a deadline
