How payment is structured
For small repairs and single visit work, payment is due on completion after the walkthrough.
For larger projects, a deposit is taken at booking with the balance split into progress payments. Those payments are tied to defined stages of the work rather than to dates on a calendar, so you are paying for progress rather than for elapsed time.

What we accept
Straightforward and stated up front on the written scope.
- Cash
- Check
- Credit Card
Change orders
If something is discovered once walls are opened, or if you decide to change the scope, we price it and get your agreement in writing before proceeding. We do not carry out additional work and present the cost afterward.
The most common example is water damage that extends further than the visible stain. That is a genuine change in scope, and you will know about it and agree the revised price before we continue.
Commercial terms
For general contractors and commercial clients we work to standard subcontract terms including retention where applicable. Talk to us about your requirements at the estimate stage rather than after award.
