How we approach reviews
We ask after the walkthrough, once you have seen the finished work and had a chance to live with it. Never at the point of booking, and never in exchange for anything.
That produces reviews more slowly than the alternative. It also produces reviews that mean something, and it means a low rating tells us something real rather than telling us our incentive was too small.

Why this page is not full of quotes
Because publishing testimonials we cannot attribute to real, identifiable clients would be dishonest, and because fabricated reviews in structured data are both an FTC issue and a search engine penalty risk.
When we have real reviews, they will appear here with real attribution. Until then this page tells you how we work rather than showing you quotes that could have been written by anyone.
What to ask for instead
If you want reassurance before hiring, ask for things that can actually be verified. Ask to see the written scope format we use. Ask what finish level we are quoting and why. Ask how we plan to contain dust in your specific space. Ask what happens if something is not right at the walkthrough.
The answers to those tell you considerably more than a page of quotes would.

Reviews are on the way
We are building our review presence the slow way, by asking every client after the work is complete rather than before. If we have worked for you, a review helps the next person decide.
