One point of contact
You should not have to explain your project again to a different person every time you call. One person owns your job from the estimate through to the walkthrough, and that person knows what was scoped, what was agreed, and what stage the work is at.

Why crew continuity matters
Drywall finishing is a hand skill. Two competent finishers will produce subtly different results, and on a project where new work has to blend into existing surfaces, or where multiple rooms need to match each other, that difference becomes visible.
We keep the same crew on a job wherever the schedule allows, for the same reason a texture match is sampled rather than guessed.
What craftsmanship actually looks like
Not artistry. Discipline. Checking the plane before board goes up when nobody would know if you did not. Letting a coat dry overnight when the schedule is tight. Feathering wider than necessary. Sampling texture when you are fairly sure you could match it by eye.
The best drywall work is the kind you stop noticing, which makes it a difficult thing to advertise and an easy thing to verify with a flashlight.

Meet the team
Team profiles are being prepared. In the meantime, every project runs with one point of contact from estimate through final walkthrough, so you always know who you are dealing with.
