Is the estimate genuinely free?
Yes. On site estimates are free across our whole Orange County service area, with no travel charge and no obligation to proceed.
How long does the estimate visit take?
Typically twenty to forty minutes for a residential repair or single room, longer for a whole house or commercial project. Most of that time is looking at existing conditions and asking the questions that determine the scope.
What if I am not ready to book yet?
That is fine and it is common. Take the written scope, compare it against other quotes on the specifics, and come back when you have decided. We do not use expiring discounts.
Can I send photos instead of arranging a visit?
Photos help us understand the situation and give better guidance on the phone, but they are not a substitute for a site visit when it comes to pricing. Wall thickness, plane condition, texture grain, and the true extent of damage all need to be assessed in person.
