Stage one: inquiry and assessment
We respond to inquiries the same or next business day. For anything beyond the most trivial repair we come out and look at the work, because a price given without seeing it is a guess that gets revised.
On site we measure, assess existing conditions, identify texture types, check for moisture where relevant, and discuss what the finished result needs to achieve.

Stage two: written scope and estimate
You receive a written scope stating what is included and what is not, the finish level by area, whether texture matching is included, materials, and a realistic schedule.
The point of writing all of that down is that you can compare it against another quote on equal terms, and neither of us can be surprised later about what was agreed.
Stage three: protection and preparation
Floors, furnishings, and fixtures get protected. Containment goes up at every opening into the work area. HVAC vents and returns get sealed. Materials get staged.
None of this is billable glamour and all of it determines whether you spend the next week cleaning.
Stage four: execution with staged checks
Work proceeds through its stages: framing, board, joint treatment, sanding, texture. Quality gets checked at each stage rather than only at the end, because a problem found at taping stage costs minutes and the same problem found after texture costs days.
Cleanup happens at the end of every day. You get updates at agreed milestones rather than having to chase for them.
Stage five: inspection and walkthrough
We inspect under raking light from every relevant angle and correct anything it finds. Then full cleanup and debris removal.
Then we walk the completed work with you before calling it done. If something is not right, we would much rather hear it at the walkthrough than in a review.
