TI teams work against fixed occupancy dates in buildings that stay occupied. Building access rules, freight elevator windows, and neighbouring tenant operations shape the schedule as much as the scope does. ## What usually goes wrong - Occupancy dates that cannot move - Restricted building access and elevator windows - Demising and corridor assemblies failing inspection - Corridors left dirty and disrupting other tenants ## What matters when choosing a contractor - Schedule built backward from the occupancy date - Willingness to work restricted hours - Rated assembly competence - Clean, considerate work in shared areas ## What we do differently - After hours and restricted access work as standard - Demising and corridor assemblies built to listing - Common areas kept clean and passable - Documentation ready for inspection rather than assembled after ## Frequently Asked Questions ### Can you work within our building access restrictions? Yes. Restricted hours, booked freight elevator windows, and badge access are normal conditions on TI work. We plan around them from the start rather than discovering them after mobilizing, which is what causes most TI schedule surprises. --- **Hanenburg Drywall** 12 Elksford Ave, Irvine, CA 92604 Phone: (949) 446-1300 Email: info@hanenburgdrywall.com Hours: Mon to Fri, 8:00am to 4:00pm Serving all of Orange County with no travel surcharge.
