Durable surfaces and fast, clean execution matter more than finish refinement. Retail build outs run against opening dates and trade against every day the space is not selling. Durable surfaces and fast, clean execution matter more than finish refinement. ## What usually goes wrong - Opening dates that cannot move - Display walls damaged during fit out and trading - Landlord and centre access restrictions - Coordination with fixture and millwork installers ## What matters when choosing a contractor - Ability to hit a fixed opening date - Durable surfaces for a trading environment - Compliance with centre rules and hours - Clean coordination with fit out trades ## What we do differently - Schedule built backward from the opening date - Blocking coordinated for fixtures, displays, and signage - Abuse resistant specification in back of house and stockroom areas - After hours work where centre rules require it ## Frequently Asked Questions ### Can you coordinate with our fixture installers? Yes, and the critical piece is blocking. Wall mounted fixtures, shelving standards, and signage all need solid backing installed before board goes up. Give us the fixture layout early and we will make sure there is something to fasten to, which avoids the far more expensive alternative of opening finished walls. --- **Hanenburg Drywall** 12 Elksford Ave, Irvine, CA 92604 Phone: (949) 446-1300 Email: info@hanenburgdrywall.com Hours: Mon to Fri, 8:00am to 4:00pm Serving all of Orange County with no travel surcharge.
