# What Happens After You Contact Us

> **TLDR**: We respond **same or next business day**, visit, and send a **written scope**. No pressure and no expiring discount. If you proceed, we schedule, protect, execute, and **walk it with you**.

After you contact us we respond the same or next business day to arrange a site visit. You then receive a written scope, and if you proceed we schedule the work, protect the space, carry it out with staged quality checks, and finish with a walkthrough.

## What we will not do

Being explicit about this is more useful than another promise about quality.

- Quote a price over the phone that changes when we arrive
- Use an expiring discount to pressure a same day decision
- Start work without a written scope you have agreed
- Carry out additional work and present the cost afterward
- Leave a job without walking it with you

## What we need from you

Very little, and it helps a great deal.

- A clear description of what the wall or ceiling is doing
- Access to the property for the estimate visit
- Anything you will ever mount on the walls, so blocking goes in before board
- Any deadline that genuinely matters, told to us early rather than late

## Our Process

1. **Within One Business Day**: We respond to your call, text, email, or form submission and arrange a site visit.
2. **The Site Visit**: Twenty to forty minutes for most residential work. We measure, assess conditions, and ask the questions that determine scope.
3. **Your Written Scope**: A written estimate naming the finish level, texture matching, materials, schedule, and exclusions. No expiring discount.
4. **Scheduling**: If you proceed, we confirm dates in writing and tell you which days will be loud, dusty, or quiet drying days.
5. **The Work and Walkthrough**: Protection, execution with staged checks, daily cleanup, raking light inspection, then we walk the finished work with you.
