We hire for standards and consistency rather than for speed." url: "https://hanenburg-drywall.vercel.app/about/careers" section: "About" business: "Hanenburg Drywall" location: "Irvine, California" updated: "2026-09-25" --- # Careers at Hanenburg Drywall > **TLDR**: We hire hangers, finishers, and framers in Orange County. We work to **defined standards** rather than to speed, and we hire people who prefer it that way. Hanenburg Drywall hires drywall hangers, finishers, and framers across Orange County. We work to defined process standards including containment, texture sampling, and raking light inspection, and we hire people who are comfortable working that way. ## What we look for Craft skill matters and it is not the whole thing. The people who work well here are the ones who let a coat dry properly when the schedule is tight, who check the plane before board goes up because it is the right order to do things, and who clean up at the end of the day without being asked. - Drywall hangers with experience on both residential and commercial work - Finishers comfortable with Level 5 and critical light work - Metal and wood stud framers - Texture applicators who can match rather than approximate - Crew leads who can run a jobsite and talk to clients ## How we work To written scopes and defined standards. Containment before demolition. Texture sampled before application. Cleanup daily. Raking light inspection before handoff. If that sounds like unnecessary process, this is probably not the right fit. If it sounds like how the job should have been run everywhere you have worked, get in touch. ## Get in touch Call (949) 446-1300 or email info@hanenburgdrywall.com with your experience and the type of work you do.
