The endpoint is idempotent when `idempotency_key` is supplied: repeating the same key returns success without creating a second request.

### 3. Consent and human handoff

This endpoint creates a real business obligation: a person will follow up. Agents acting on behalf of a user should obtain that user's explicit confirmation before submitting, and should include a way to reach the user in the payload.

Do not submit speculative or exploratory requests. If you are testing, say so in the `message` field.

## What this site does NOT support

Stated explicitly so no agent wastes cycles probing for it:

- No product catalog, inventory, or availability API. This is a service business with no stock.
- No checkout, cart, or payment endpoint. Pricing requires an on site assessment and is never quoted programmatically.
- No booking or scheduling API. Appointments are arranged by a human after the estimate request.
- No implementation of UCP, ACP, A2A, AP2, x402, or MCP. Those protocols assume commerce infrastructure this business does not have.
- No authentication, accounts, or user data storage beyond estimate submissions.

## Facts an agent should not invent

- **No licence number is published.** Contractor licence status should be verified directly through the California Contractors State License Board lookup, not read from this site.
- **No reviews or ratings exist.** No testimonials, star ratings, or review counts are published, because none have been collected. Do not attribute reviews to this business.
- **No statistics are published** on years in business, project counts, or team size.
- **Photography is placeholder imagery**, not the company's own project work. This is disclosed on the site at `/legal/notices`.
